TERMS
1. ELIGIBILITY: This
offer is open to individuals who (a) are 18 years of age or older, (b)
are PermissionResearch members, (c) have
Internet access, (d) receive an invitation to participate in a survey (the
“Survey”) directly from PermissionResearch, and
e) are residents of the U.S. The invitation to participate in the
Survey is not transferable.
2. SPONSOR: This
offer is made by TMRG, Inc., 11950 Democracy Drive, Suite 600, Reston, VA 20190
(the “Sponsor”).
3. PARTICIPATION: Any
eligible person who completes the Survey by May 31, 2022, will receive a
virtual Visa® prepaid card for $5.00. Participants must answer all
questions and provide a complete name, mailing address, and email address in
order to receive the virtual card. Incomplete Surveys will be
discarded. There is a limit of 1 prepaid Visa card per person and
e-mail address. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of your virtual
prepaid Visa card. Taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of
the participant.
4. PRIVACY: Submission
of a completed survey implies authorization to transfer personal data to the
United States for purposes of administering the Survey. All information
submitted to the Sponsor as part of this Survey will be treated in accordance
with the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.permissionresearch.com/privacy.aspx. Participants
have the right to access, withdraw, and correct their personal
data. Participants may request such action by filling out this
form https://www.permissionresearch.com/supportform.aspx?pid=p3093308681.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: In
the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Survey is
impaired in any way, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Survey
at its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole
discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the
Survey in any manner.
6. RELEASE
AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Except where
prohibited, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless TMRG, Inc., its
affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents
(the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising
out of participation in the Survey.
