1. INTRODUCTION: The $100,000 Your Opinion Matters Instant Win Sweepstakes 2019  (the "Game") is sponsored by TMRG, Inc. ("Sponsor"). Two Monthly Prize winners will be selected each month of the Game Period from among all eligible entries received during that month. Void where prohibited. The Game is registered by TMRG, Inc. and may be presented in different creative presentations. Participation in the Game does not constitute participation in any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Game, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final and binding in all respects.

2. The Game begins at January 1, 2019 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2019 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Game Period").

3. ELIGIBILITY: The Game is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are living in the United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec) respectively, and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor or SCA Promotions, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and advertising and promotion agencies involved with this Game, as well as the immediate family members (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and those living in the same household of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

4. How to Enter. To enter the Game (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN):

a. To Enter Online: There are two ways to enter: 1) If you receive an invitation by email, pop-up, or other method referencing this Sweepstakes that asks you to complete a survey, once you have fully completed and submitted the survey you automatically will receive one Sweepstakes entry; 2) If, during the Promotion Period, you go to www.permissionresearch.com or www.opinionsquare.com, and join one of these market research panels (including installing and configuring the necessary software), you will receive one Sweepstakes entry link. You may only register at one of the market research panels one time during the Game Period. Additional entries will not be provided for any subsequent registrations.

b. Electronic Entry: You may also enter the sweepstakes by electronic entry by visiting www.tmrginc.com/youropinionmatters.aspx during the Game Period, completing the online registration form, and clicking the “Submit” button and a link to the instant win game will be sent to the email address with which you entered. There is a limit of one entry per person, per email address, per day, regardless of method of entry. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" is defined as 12:00:00 AM ET through 11:59:59 PM ET. Entries generated by a script, macro, bot or any other automated means will be deemed void. Entries that are submitted through sweepstakes clubs or similar methods, or those that are mechanically reproduced, copied, incomplete, or inaccurate are void. Sponsor is not responsible for invalid email addresses, malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer hardware, software, malfunctions of the entrant's email provider, lost, late, incomplete entries, or entries not received during the Game Period. Proof of delivery or receipt of entry will not be deemed by Sponsor proof of entry. Any attempted form of entry other than described herein is void. Sponsor is not responsible for technical problems related to website entries, nor for failure to collect entries. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply.

Limit: one account per user

Use of any automated program to enter will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Potential winner may be required to show proof that he/she is the authorized account holder. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Entries will not be acknowledged.

5. HOW IT WORKS: The Game will be presented by the Sponsor, during the Game Period. To participate, follow the instructions provided in the invitation or in the email sent to you following your on-line Electronic Entry. Any winner will be notified instantly upon completion of participation with instructions on how to verify his/her eligibility and claim the prize. All prize claims are subject to verification of eligibility. Except as contemplated in these Official Rules, personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

6. Prizes:

a. Monthly: Two monthly prizes (Prize Level D) will be awarded each Month of the Game through the Treasure Hunt game. Each Monthly Prize is valued at $50. The odds of winning a Monthly Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the applicable entry period each month.

b. Bonus Prizes: In addition to the Monthly prize, each eligible entrant will be given a chance to win one of the three Bonus prizes through the Treasure Hunt game. Each eligible entry will be provided with one chance to find treasure at the Treasure Hunt game page. Prior to the start of the Game Period, SCA Promotions ("The Administrator") will randomly select six prize determination numbers (the "Prize Determination Number"), two for each Bonus prize level (A-C). At the time of participation, in accordance with the instructions provided for the Platform, the Sponsor’s computer will randomly generate one number associated with your entry (the "Participant Number"). If the Prize Determination Number (Prize Level A, B or C) and the participant’s Participant Number match identically and in order, the participant will be a potential winner of the matching Grand Prize (Prize Level A, B, or C), subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. If there is a potential Grand Prize winner, such Grand Prize winner will receive instructions on screen at the time of Grand Prize winner determination on how to verify eligibility and claim the Grand Prize (Prize Level A, B or C) won.

7. No Substitution of Winners.

No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted, except by Sponsor. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, registrations, and other fees and assessments, including any required insurance. Sponsor will withhold and/or report taxes as required by the applicable law of Sponsor’s jurisdiction and winner's jurisdiction.

8. Publicity. Participation in the Game constitutes consent to Sponsor's and Promoter's use of entrants' name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration, excluding residents of the State of Tennessee and where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions. Sponsor, its legal representatives, their affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed computer transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions or other error of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic. If due to technical, production or other errors, more prizes are claimed than intended, the intended prize will be awarded in a random drawing from all those submitting purportedly valid claims. No more than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. ALL POTENTIAL WINNING PLAYS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. A "SCREEN SHOT" IS NOT PROOF OR EVIDENCE OF A WINNING PLAY AND/OR PRIZE. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE PLATFORM ON WHICH THE GAME IS RUNNING SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL SAID PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND SAID PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE PLAY AND IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED. The submission of a prize claim is solely the responsibility of the participant.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Game or to be acting in violation of these Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Sponsor's Website (including the Game Website) or undermine the legitimate operation of this Game may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Release. By accepting any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, related companies, any company involved with the Game, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Game or receipt or use of any prize including, but not limited to, liability arising from copyright infringement, improper use of name and likeness, personal injury, death, damages or monetary loss. Restrictions, conditions and limitations apply.

11. Limitations of Liability. Sponsor, as well as any companies involved with the Game, are not responsible for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, or postage due entries, or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer, network, hardware or software; (3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Game or redemption process; (5) electronic human or other error which may occur in the administration of the Game or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Game or from installing any material from Sponsor's Web site(s) (including the Game Web site), regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to Sponsor's Web site by a hypertext link.

12. Disputes. By entering, each entrant further agrees that, in the event that there is any conflict or other inconsistency between the Rules and any advertisements, promotional or marketing materials, emails or announcements relevant to the Game, these Rules will govern. Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Game or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a United States District Court in Virginia; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Game but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Game, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Commonwealth of Virginia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Virginia. Should any part of these Rules be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in accordance with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and/or Terms and Conditions are in conflict or inconsistent with these Rules as they pertain to the Game, these Rules shall take precedence.

13. Data Collection. Sponsor may collect personal information from you when you enter the Game. The information collected is subject to privacy policies of TMRG, Inc. (available at www.tmrginc.com/Priv.aspx).

14. Winner's List/Official Rules. Any legally required list of winners may be obtained by sending an email with Subject Line: “ $100,000 Opinion Matters Instant Win Sweepstakes 2019 Winner List Request,” to WinnerListRequests@scapromo.com. All such requests must be received within six weeks after the end of the Promotion Period. These Official Rules will be posted on the Website.
